Card Ace

Your whole collection. One clear view.

A collector-first home for sports cards and TCG collections — built to help you organize what you own, understand the cards you follow, and enjoy the community around the hobby.

Don't take our word for it

Type in a card you already know the value of.

Check a card's value right now. No account, no card details, no email. You get back individual real sold listings — the platform, the date, the price, and a link to the original sale. We show the sales that exist; we don't price every card.

Where The Numbers Come From

Named sources. Clickable sales.

Our sales data comes from The Card API, which collects completed, verified sales and normalizes them into one consistent format, refreshed daily. These are the marketplaces and auction houses behind the comps you see:

eBayTCGplayerGoldinLelandsSCP AuctionsHakesREA

Every sale carries its own detail

  • The exact listing title
  • The platform it sold on
  • Auction, fixed price, or accepted offer
  • Number of bids
  • The sale date
  • Shipping cost where the source reports it
  • Grading company and grade
  • Certification number
  • A link straight to the original listing

Check the method yourself

We publish how value is calculated rather than asking you to trust a single number. Read the method, then test it against a card you already know.

What A Sale Price Actually Includes

A number means nothing without its terms.

Two sales at the same price can mean very different things. Here is exactly how we read each one.

eBay figures are all-in

What the buyer actually paid. Shipping is recorded separately where the source reports it.

Auction house figures are hammer price only

Goldin, Lelands, SCP, Hakes and REA report what the auctioneer called at close. The winning bidder also pays a buyer's premium on top — around 22% today, closer to 20% before 2022. The real cost of an auction-house sale is higher than the number shown, and we say so beside every one of those sales.

Accepted offers show the negotiated price

Never the seller's asking price.

Prices are in US dollars

Some sales carry only a date and no time, so two sales on the same day can appear in either order.

Graded prices graded, raw prices raw

The two are never blended. A slab that only authenticates a signature (PSA/DNA, JSA, BAS) counts as raw, because the card's condition was never graded.

Pending confirmation is labelled, not hidden

Most sales arrive with a confirmed final price; a few land as a fast first read and firm up within minutes.

The Limits, Stated Up Front

Where the record runs out.

Knowing what we cannot tell you is the reason to believe what we can.

New sales reach the app from roughly the past few days. Card Ace saves every sale it finds, so a card's history deepens the longer it is tracked — we are not claiming decades of history on day one.
An older, obscure or thinly traded card can legitimately show only a handful of sales, or none. That is a gap in the record, not a value of zero — Card Ace leaves the value blank instead of inventing a number.
Grading feedback in the app is an opinion based on photos. It is not a guarantee and it is not a grade.
Worth knowing: eBay sometimes redirects a signed-in visitor from a sold listing to a general product page. Opening the link in a private window shows the original sale as it closed.
The Hobby Is Social

Built for collectors, not just cards.

The best collections come with stories, trades, hunts, and people. Card Ace keeps community tools near the collection tools that start those conversations.

Want Lists

Keep the next cards you are hunting in one easy-to-check place.

Set Checklists

See what you have, what is missing, and how close the set is to complete.

Friends & Boards

Stay connected to the people, collections, and conversations that make the hobby fun.

What Card Ace will not do.

  • No in-app sales, payments, escrow or shipping. Card Ace connects collectors; money never moves through it.
  • No black-box pricing. Every figure traces back to listed sales you can click and check.
  • No invented numbers. If the sales aren't there, we show you that they aren't there.
  • No selling or sharing your collection data.
  • No hidden fees on anything a collector does inside the app.
